Kung Fu San Soo - Calvary Chapel of the Chino Valley

Kung Foo San Soo
Television and movies have caused many people to mistakenly believe the term "Kung Fu" stands for one, all inclusive method of Chinese self defense.  In actuality, in China there are many different kinds of Kung Fu.  Of those, Kung Fu San Soo is unique and stands alone.

Designed solely and specifically for street fighting situations, San Soo was created to protect the practitioner, their loved ones and the innocent from those who prey on others.

Taught correctly, this style consists of fighting movements executed in perfect rhythm directed against the “weak points” of an attacker’s body.  The movements can be changed instantly and require a minimum of effort to neutralize an attacker quickly and efficiently.  San Soo also encompasses the building of confidence and character, aspects of psychology, logic and use of scientific principles.

San Soo can be effectively used by boy or girl, adult male or female in any size or shape.

At Calvary Chapel of the Chino Valley students train as an individual and not as a class.

From the very first lesson, a dedicated student learns techniques that they can immediately use, if necessary.
